14th of February 2012, St' Valentines

We are offering a delightful romantic feast, join us for a quick lovers lunch or sample our spectacular menu for Valentines evening. £37.50 for a three-course menu, make your menu choices on the night. Please note there will be two separate menus for lunch and dinner. Booking is essential and a £10 deposit will be required at the time of booking. 29th February 2012; Dingley Dell's Flying Visit

On the 29th of February 2011 Chefs Ross Pike and Madalene Bonvini-Hamel from the British Larder Suffolk, Mark Poynton from Alimentum Cambridge and Paul Foster from Tuddenham Mills Suffolk are getting together with pig farmers Mark and Paul Hayward from Dingley Dell to put on a "Dingley Dell Flying Visit" to celebrate the pig. Bob Waller from Freedom Foods will also be giving a short talk about their high animal welfare scheme in the pig industry. The event will start with a welcome and a lighthearted collection of pig facts and anecdotes followed by a butchery demonstration by highly skilled butchers. A feast using the pig; cooked by these highly acclaimed chefs will top of the evening with each chef cooking a different cut of the pig. Sunday 18th March 2012, Mother's Day

Mother's day is that special time to say thank you for all the great and good that mothers do. We are celebrating this special day with a carefully prepared set menu at £22 for two courses and £27.50 for three courses. Special children’s menus are available on the day.
